At Discmania Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your new discs or apparel don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and that discs have not been field-tested or inked.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items using the original shipping box if possible and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
